TROUBLESHOOTING

1. When engine start, the Device Led is not ON?

Check if the cigarette lighter fuse is ok.
Check if the cigarette lighter holder is working.
Ensure that the Ispark gadget is properly plug-in.
The device may be faulty - Get a replacement, if it is confirmed faulty.

2. When engine start, the Device Led is red?

The car battery needs checkup or replacement.

3. When driving, you feel the power and pickup but experience no fuel saving?

Check for engine ignition timing, it should be set a original factory setting.
Check for exhaust gas carbon monoxide reading. It should be set at original factorry setting.
The combustion chamber cleaning is in process. The old carbon deposits are in the process of being burnt off by the stronger sparks.Check the petrol consumption after finishing two tanks of petrol.

4. The alarm does not respond under these circumstances:
I cannot switch on the alarm immediately when the car ignition key switchess off the engine?
The alarm auto lock system cannot open when the ignition key is switched off?

This is due to the alarm circuit still taking the supply from the ISpark device at the cigarette lighter holder.
Just wait for a few seconds. The alarm should work properly. The ISpark device has built-in capacitors that stores the current, making it like an additional battery that stores up minute charges. The capacitor should be drained of all current in a short while. This will not damage the alarm.
Relocate your alarm or Audio Player supply wire. Get a certified mechanic to do this.

5. My audio player continues to play for one to two minutes even after switching off the engine. Why?

The ISparks device works like an additional battery that stores up minute charges. It will continues to charge the audio player with supplies until it is drained of all current. That is why the audio player still continues playing. This will not damage your audio player. Your player will turn off in one to two minutes.

6. When driving, you neither feel the power nor pickup. Why?

If other brand of booster or device is used on the same car, kindly remove it.
Check for engine ignition timing, as it may be too low. Set it to original factory setting.
Check for loose contact on the cigarette lighter socket and fuse box junction.

7. There is a strange clicking sound coming from the device?

A click sound from the device is normal when the ignition key is switched on or off.

8. What is the Warranty condition?

The device replacement warranty period is one year under below condition:
a. Led not lighter up and confirmed faulty.
b. Device not functioning.
c. Warrant period is one year from the date of purchase. So the warranty period must not be expired.
d. Warranty is void if the seal or device is being tampered with.
e. Warranty is on one to one exchange basis, excluding Fuse Blow.
